Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-05
1. About the service
PLUSMINUS is a tool for floorball statistics and team administration. The service is used by teams and clubs to record matches, shot statistics, line-ups, and training exercises.
2. User responsibilities
You are responsible for not registering offensive, inaccurate, or inappropriate information about players or users. You may have your own account from age 13; anyone younger needs a parent's or guardian's approval. As a team administrator, you are responsible for making sure that the parents or guardians of the team's players under 18 have approved that their details (and any photos) are entered, and you confirm this in the team settings.
3. Service provided as-is
PLUSMINUS is provided "as is" without warranties regarding uptime, availability, or data durability. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damage arising from use of the service. Use is at your own risk.
4. Personal data
We store name, email address, and optionally date of birth for the purposes of managing login, age-based team grouping, and reminders in the team calendar. Data is not shared with third parties beyond the technical sub-processors required to operate the service (Supabase, Vercel, Sentry). Read our privacy policy for full information.
5. Data processing agreement
For data that a club and its teams enter into the service — for example player profiles, dates of birth, photos, match statistics and video clips — the club is the controller and PLUSMINUS the processor. This section is the data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. PLUSMINUS:
- processes the data only to provide the service and on the club's instructions, which the club gives through how it uses the service;
- ensures that anyone with access to the data is bound by confidentiality;
- protects the data with appropriate technical and organisational security measures (Article 32);
- uses only the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy and gives notice of changes in advance, so the club can object;
- helps the club respond to requests from data subjects and meet its obligations under Articles 32–36;
- notifies the club without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting the club's data;
- deletes the data, or hands it over to the club, when the club stops using the service;
- gives the club the information needed to demonstrate compliance.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, you will be notified through the app at your next login and given the opportunity to accept the new terms.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms or the handling of personal data go to the address in the privacy policy (section 7), or through the app's feedback function.
